Roll of the dice, most of the time you'll sit in line for 20-30 minutes for the wrong order. Took 15 minutes to get a salad and fries. Felt bad for the line behind me that formed. Oh and to top it all off, got home, no fries.
I ordered a PLAIN Spicy Chicken meal, with a Baked Potato with sour cream and butter, extra of each. When I got home, the bag had a loaded sandwich and cold fries.
My husband for 41.66 was our order amount our fries were cold and hard and the buns on the burgers hard as a rock burgers cold. I called and explained she said they just came up no they didnt they were sitting under the heat lamp for hours more than likely. She said give me your name and number and I can give you some coupons. I was already mad because I've been in the food industry and my husband also. I can go to the other end of town get food and it would still burn my mouth and its further away. We have always been Wendy's customers and this will be the last time we support this restaurant on West 5th st Marysville Ohio.
